Jamie xx’s upcoming album In Waves is highly anticipated and includes collaborations with various artists such as Panda Bear and the Avalanches. The track “Life,” featuring Robyn, has been released following the teasers of “Baddy On The Floor” and “Treat Each Other Right.”
Expressing his enthusiasm for the collaboration, Jamie xx shared, “I made this track relatively quickly and fell in love with it instantly. The addition of Robyn’s vocals, which I first heard at 6am after a gig in Ibiza, was truly magical. Working with Robyn has been a joy and an inspiration over the years, and I’m grateful for her contribution to In Waves.” Robyn also shared her excitement, saying, “I can’t wait to see how ‘Life’ gets people moving this summer. Collaborating with Jamie has been fantastic, and I’m thrilled to be part of his new album.”
